Attie Barnard

For many years, Attie Barnard was head of the Department of Practical Theology at the University of Pretoria. Throughout his career in theology and the church, he was closely connected with matters concerning divine service. He served in numerous synodal commissions and the leadership of the DRC's general synod, as well as in the synods of Natal and the Northern Transvaal.
